  • 1 cup Irish stout beer
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
