Ingredients
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring (a few drops)
- 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
- Sea salt (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted dark chocolate onto it, spreading evenly.
- Chill until set, about 20 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate using the same method; stir in peppermint extract and food coloring.
- Spread the mint mixture over the dark chocolate layer and top with crushed candies.
- Chill again until fully set, about 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and serve.
