- 1 cup crushed mint Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Green food coloring (optional)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration (optional)
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring if desired.
- Fold in the crushed mint Oreo cookies until fully combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into a ¼-inch layer.
- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate using the same method as before. Drizzle over the white chocolate layer and use a knife to swirl for a marbled effect.
- Top with additional crushed Oreos and sprinkles if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set. Break into pieces and serve.
