Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients; stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized cookie dough onto prepared sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are golden.
- Place a marshmallow on each warm cookie; let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
- Prepare the glaze by whisking powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Once cookies are cool, drizzle glaze over marshmallows.
- Melt chocolate chips for ghost faces and use piping bag or toothpick to create eyes and mouths.
